I171-H syracuse NY
We live in Syracuse NY and the office stated that the 171H usually arrives within 7-14 days after submitting I600-A and fingerprints. Well fingerprints were completed on 6/8/06 (do they mean business days?) because that would mean today is the 14th day ?? Also, does this come as certified mail or just regular mail? My agency stated that it was certified mail but other posts I've read stated that it was ??? Any info would be great! Thx.
