Anyone from the U.K.?
Hi,
My husband is a resident alien from the U.K., so we have to send his birth certificate back for certification for the dossier. Does anyone know where to send it? Our agency doesn't know and it seems like there might be some confusion sending off a British birth certificate for an American adoption of a Guatemalan.  Thanks!

My DH is British as well. Don't forge, when you do get everything authenticated, your check needs to be from a UK bank. They won't accept an American check or Money order. (We learned this the hard way!!)
