Huge Adoption Fundraiser Garage Sale
I'm so excited, I just had to share! Since the beginning of this adoption, we've really been praying about where all of the $$ will come from, but know that God's hand has been on it all along, so we really aren't worried. Well...this weekend, we had a HUGE garage sale. Many of our friend brought over their "JUNK" and we sold it!!! We raised $2,500!!! It was a "TON" of work, but so worth it!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

WOW!!!!!! That is AWESOME! I have never heard of anyone making that much $$$ @ a garage sale... Definitely had God's hand involved! Congrats!
He is AMAZING, Isn't he! Less than one year after my adoption,I am adoption debt free and it is SUCH AN AWESOME feeling. I know I could have never done that as a single mother without His hand! Glad you are so blessed!

We also just had a huge garage sale to benefit our adoption. It was really really cold out this weekend but we made almost 2,000 dollars in two days so we were pretty happy too!!!

We too are planning to do this and I thinking of creating a letter to send to family and friends to see of they have anything they are willing to donate. My mom and dad have a HUGE garage, my dad is a mechanic and he JUST built it to make into his shop. It's the size of a house. SO it is perfect and there is nothing in there yet. They live on a VERY busy state route just outside a big city and it is an ideal location. THEy live beside a church so there will be lots of parking as well. We too are hoping to make a lot of money...I know half the stuff will be mine! We have a TON of awesome stuff to sell. WE are hoping to make the money for our visit trip:-)
