PGN looked at our file...
Then gave us 2 previos.
 After all the KO's with DNA we had, you would think everything would be perfect for PGN. I guess not! We got the previos yesterday and our agency said the lawyer was fixing them today and would resubmit by the end of the week. I am not sure what the previos are for, she didn't tell me yet. Well, atleast now I know where I am in the process. I hope more of you hear something soon. Katie

Don't get too discouraged! That's pretty good if they have looked at your file this soon after being submitted. It looks like things are picking up there, so hopefully your case will move on quickly after your back in..

I so understand about wanting out...after all the DNA waiting we all suffered through...on the bright side - they LOOKED at our files!  (I had this awful feeling that there were just huge stacks everywhere and the PGN staff was overwhelmed and just staring at all of them.) Here's to hoping that we get re-submitted this week!
 (and that they looked at our entire file before issuing the previo)

Awww...I am so sorry. I am sure that it is frustrating but at least they are reviewing your case and hopefully after all is fixed you will get a quick out.

We went in PGN the same day. I am dying here hoping something is happening with my case too. What is the difference between a previo and a KO or are they the same thing? I hope you are OUT soon.

Dona, Previos are the same as KO's. I have been following you as well. If you don't hear something by Friday morning, call your agency. There have been 3 May PGNers in the last few days that had previos. They were submitted 5/9, 5/19, and 5/12.

Thanks - I called her today as I hadn't talked to her since I was IN PGN (haven't I been good?!) and I saw the other May activity. She had no news about my case and she gently said "I would have called you if I heard anything". She was in contact with people in Guatemala just yesterday so hopefully she'll call me tonight or tomorrow if she finds out anything.
