Philadelphia USCIS
Does anyone know how long they are taking to issue the 797C (171H) these days? We sent in our homestudy last Thursday, but were fingerprinted back in April.
Anyone go through there recently?? Thanks, Kendra

Ours was about a month- our fingerprints and homestudy were complete the same day. They won't approve until they get the homestudy. You might be looking at around 4 weeks- good luck! Hope its faster! If you go to the website, they actually have a section where they tell what month each USCIS is on in their processing. It might say "processing april appliants" or whatever, wherever they are at. Check it out!
