DNA waiters list 5-19-06
Greetings DNA Waiters!
Lots of DNA action this week. Just like an episode of CSI! First, congratulations to JoyS, Bucky, truegirl, farrarp and julescal for receiving DNA results and graduating from this list. You may now toss your caps into the air  Congratulations to yaddakal for getting the test done – come on results! And congratulations also to palvarado and Brie Brock for getting authorization – that ever important first step  Welcome aboard to Tammy2005 and bynumbsl. And for our Forum friends who have been waiting for authorization for awhile -- I’m thinking of each of you…and praying that you receive some good news very soon  If you’d like to be added to this illustrious list, have an update, or I goofed – please reply to this thread or PM me. got approval in one day
I got I171 last Friday May 12 and on Monday at 11:15 they called and said I got approval for test
May 15 At least something went right. I love my placement agency!

Sorry, I haven't updated, but the DNA was redone on 4/19. I received the results on 4/26. However, now I'm going crazy waiting for preapproval.

I posted to the wrong day. I tell you I have not been together since my referral yesterday. Is it too early to be added to the list. We got our referral yesterday 5/18 and we got our I171 on 5/15. Thank you and sorry.

We received our results in the Mail today - A MATCH (99.99%)!
C'mon Pre-Approval!!! We're going to Guatemala on 6/2 and we're so excited - can't wait to hold our baby girl!

No news here. I called Labcorp and they had no record of the test being done yet. But my credit card was charged last week, so I'm hoping something is moving, and no one's told me. I can't even THINK of things not working with this adoption as we lost the referral of two girls already.

Authorization in one day
I wrote before but It may have looked like a mistake, I couldn't believe it. I got my I171 on May 12th and My
DNA auth. a lttle after 11:00 on Monday May 15th.So really one day. That was a great surprise for me.

I called labcorp today and our results were positive on May 12th. I was in Guatemala visiting and didn't call till today

I think I forgot to give you an update... sorry!
 Baby Boy's DNA was a match and confirmed on 4/25.. We were visiting at that time and didn't get the news until after we got back... Actually, we received PA today.

I think I should be on this list now...not sure. We are waiting for our dossier to be certified and authenticated so it's not in Guatemala yet. Does that matter? If not, then our information is as follows:

We receieved pre approval for DNA on May 11. The DNA test is scheduled for May 24. Keeping my fingers crossed that the test goes as scheduled!!
