DH and I accepted the referral of our twin girls last night. We are incredibly excited, and can't wait to get those babies home. Any one have experience with twins?? Any good advice? They were born May 3, and weighed: 3 lb 8 oz, 41 cm & 3 lb 4oz, 40 cm. We did not get any medical information re; head circum. should this be a concern?? We were also very excited to hear that they had each gained 1 lb, in 10 days, and were released from the hospital yesterday. We had never in our wildest dreams thought that God would have twins for us, but we are elated and blessed!

Congrats! We told our agency we are open to twins, but if they did come up, I would be shocked. I guess I figure its pretty rare. You guys are doubly (is that a word?) blessed!

Congratulations! We just adopted two little girls that are the same age but not twins. It is wonderful and lots of fun. Yes, I would be concerned about not having the head circumferences. It is great to hear they are doing well and are released from the hospital. I hope they will be home soon! Anna

We adopted our twin girls domestically who were born nine weeks early and weighed 3 lbs 6 oz and 3 lbs 2 oz at birth. They will be five years old this week. If you have questions, please feel free to PM me. Parenting twins is such a joy!
