We Are Now Starting Week 9 In Pgn And Hoping To Get Out Soon! We Have Had No Kick Outs But Our Agency Doesn't Tell Us Much About Pgn! Does Our Poa Keep Our Agency Informed Of Where We Are At Or Give Them An Idea Of What Is Going On? Our Agency Just Keeps Saying The Wait During The End Of The Process Is The Hardest And To Be Patient! We Wanted To Go Visit The Week Of The 22nd But She Says She Thinks We Will Be Out Of Pgn Soon And Not To Travel! Does She Know This For Sure Or Is She Just Putting Us Off? We Have Been In Since March 20th.

To be honest, I think they are putting you off. They are ESTIMATING thay you MAY be out of PGN, but no one really knows for sure. My agency did this to me too at the end of March as soon as I found out that I was in PGN I asked about a visit trip and they told me to wait until the end of April to see where our case was... I did and we weren't anywhere but had a previo- so I booked a visit trip. It could be one week or ten weeks before you're out...If you want to visit, be persistant. The worst case is that you will have to go right back for the pick-up if you do get out very soon. I guess it's what you can afford too...IMHO... Good luck.

We have been in PGN since 3/29 and also do not get much info...just you are still in PGN and should be out soon....ok I have heard that for weeks now. We were not planning to visit but now I am thinking if it is much longer we may. I hope that PGN will let us out soon...before I become a crazy person.

Agencies, or anyone for that matter, have no way of knowing who's coming out and when. The best they can do is estimate based on their other cases with the same attorney and reveiwer. So, it's anyones guess.
But, since some cases got signed off last week, I'd try to hold out a little longer if I were you. I hope you get out this week.
