Lets see how long everyone has been waiting since
your referral until now. Only give how long you have been waiting in months. And where you are at in the process. I'll start. Referral #1 Sara 7mo. 10 days waiting for PA Referral #2 Lilee 1 wk. and 4 days - waiting for dossier ( to be delivered Mon.) and POA (I will hand deliver on on the 24th.) Sara's Mama ( Lilee's too!) Jeanne  11/05 decided to switch countries from Ukraine to Guatemala 11/23/05 accepted referral for beautiful baby girl born Nov. 9th. 12/15/05 dossier to Guatemala 1/15/06 DNA matched and we are in Family Court 1/25/06 embassy receives DNA 2/23-2/27 beautiful visit trip! 3/10/06 contacted senator's office about preapproval. 4/21/06 got PREAPPROVAL! Yippeeeee! 8/18/06 FINALLY IN PGN 8/25/06 ooops....our mistake! NOT in PGN!  9/4/06 Okay! NOW we're IN PGN! 12/19/06 OUT OUT OUT of PGN! Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH!  1/10/07 new birth certificate issued 1/17/07 PINK!!! Appt is 1/23/07 Thank you God!  Finally home in Kentucky! 1/29/07

Been waiting almost 10 months Agency told us yesterday our 3rd POA just got to our attorney

Bio daughter 5~17~1990 Signed with agency 1~2002 Smooth adoption~ Hayle Home forever 3~26~2003 Found Loida on photolisting 6~2005 Signed W/ agency 7~26~2005 Paper ready 10~27~2005 Loida's 4th birthday , 11~6~05 Told we were submitted for PA 12~5~2005 2~7~06 opps! agency told us , not submitted for preapproval when Loida's abandonment decree was signed 4~11~2005, they never took the next step to have a birthcertificate issued. Never given an explanation for this "miscomunication" Hired outside attorney group 2~10~06 B.C. issued and compleate by 3~23~2006 told we need a new POA 4~3~2006 3rd POA got to Guatemala 5~15~06 Told we need to send another Marriage certificate 5~22~06 Entered Family Court 6~19~06 Interview 6~27~06 P.A. 7~10~06 Social report done 7~11~06 Waiting on 1 more document so we can enter PGN Oct 16th to 30th 2006 WONDERFUL visit Let our precious Loida come home Lord! signed out of minors June 24 2008 out of PGN Oct 16 2008. HOME May~2~2009 .

8/2004- began Russian adoption referrals suspended in Russia-What??? 8/2005 switched to Guatamala 9/05 Referral of Arely- 4 wks old 12/05 Wonderful visit, w/o DNA 1/23- FC complication after complication Called Senator for help 2/20 Wonderful visit #2, still no DNA!!! 3/01-Meeting w/ Senator 3/07- DNA authorization and SWI 3/20- DNA test done 3/27- In PGN w/o PA 4/4- DNA match 4/26 PA 5/4-KO 1, 5/8 back in 5/18-22- wonderful visit #3 5/?- KO 2 and back in 7/5- ko 3, 8/4 back in 8/9 baby girl turns ONE 9/9 OUT of PGN 10/5 PINK 10/13- Embassy appt.. 10/17-HOME--yeah!!!!
