how long for BC...
HOw long has the wait been to get the Birth Certificate if the child is born outside of Guatemala City. My baby was born in Mazatenango. Just wondering how long the wait is?

Ours is not from that town but it is a non-GCBC and we've been waiting 4 weeks. I hope your is speedy!

That's where our baby was born, too.
 A thread was posted a while ago about Mazatenango BCs, and I was happy to read that they were taking between 24 hours and 4 days. I hope that's still the case, because I'd sure like to make up for some of the time we've been sitting in PGN!
