Middle Name Suggestions for Bianca -- Also a nickname?!
Here we go again! Before we received our referral, DH and I always referred to the baby as "Bianca". Since we received our referral, we have considered other names. I love Ana Sofia, Sofia Elena and Sofia Isabelle.
However DH is still campaigning for Bianca. Which I also think is a very beautiful name. However I stumped on a middle name for Bianca. Also I wanted to be able to use a "nickname". Bianca doesn't seem to have one. Any suggestions from our Forum friends?

You could use Anka for a nickname, or Bee. We have an aunt (Elizabeth) that we call Auntie Bee, and it's cute. It suits her (she's cute, too!)
Not any help for a middle name.. all I can come up with is Rose.

You could go with Ani for a nickname (pronounced like Ani difranco). My first name is not Bianca, but my nickname pretty much my whole life has been Ani, and I really like it.

My "A World of Baby Names" book shows Elisabeth as the Spanish version of Elizabeth. They also list variations of the name as Elezabeth, Elisabet, Elixabet, Elixabeth, Elizabet, Elizabetha, Elizabetta, Elsabet and Lizebeth.
