I've started to receive replies to varoius inquiries, i.e. from the State Police, and am noticing that they're not using the pre-paid return mailers I'd sent.

They sent me the information in regular mail instead of using the pre-paid express mailers I'd sent.

I'm very greatful to receive the information, all tho a little frustrated over the extra money I paid unneccarily.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

No, I didn't have that happen. But that would be annoying.

I have yet to have this happen and would be annoyed as well if it did. I include a letter detailing my request, the return envelope and completed airbill with every package that i send. I also use FedEx online, with a free account, and I am ONLY charged if they actually USED the airbill in returning the document to me.

I never sent any return mailers except to the state for certification returns and that was Fedex. Guess I figure that I pay enough in taxes that the state patrol can come up with their own postage, and enough fees at the bank that they can as well-- well, you get the picture!!
