Dossier in Pennsylvania
Hi - I'm hoping to get some information from those of you who live in Pennsylvania (or those who have used the same Sec. of State in NY).
How long did it take for your dossier to come back from each place? Thanks for your input!

We had to send down some documents to the Secretary of State and we used a GREAT courier...very quick turn around and I promised ot share her name to anyone else who might need her services. I'll PM you with her info.

Depending on how close to Harrisburg you are, you can walk documents in and have them done while you wait. The NYC Consulate was also very fast. They usually turned-around our documents in a day or two. They were picky and only wanted you to use USPS Express mail, though.
I have a Word document with all this info and directions to the North Office building in Harrisburg. If you PM me your e-mail address, I can forward it to you. --Mike
