Grand Tikal Laundry? and what dox did your bring for previously adopted child
We leave tomorrow to visit baby Jeff! We are bringing Sophia and have her passport. Do we need to bring anything else to show she is ours and her adoption is complete? I am being slightly paranoid...I know
Also, we are staying at Grand Tikal and one site I looked at said they had a do it your self laundry center. Does anyone know if this is right? I could bring less for Sophia and us if I knew I could wash one or two loads. I know i can have the hotel wash, but that is so expensive! thanks Jenn

As long as you have a US passport you should be fine...but if it was me I would bring my Protocolo and my readoption decree and CoC if you have them...better safe than sorry

We will be going to visit soon too. Our ds has an american passport, his birth name (which is different than that on the passport) is on the coc and does the protocolo say that anywhere on the document? I'm not sure which document that is. Thanks, TLC

When we travel we have our children bring their US passports and that is it. Anna

I saw that too about the laundry....NOT TRUE!!!
They have maids to pick up your laundry at very very expensive prices. I got desperate and needed a FEW things cleaned and it was about $35

Thanks everyone. I think we will bring a couple other dox just in case. And I wondered if that was true about the laundry. I would love it...but will just pack a few more things and if we get too desparate...I gues we can pay to have a few things done!
