I used to love to read the breakdown from the previous nights American Idol. What happen to those posts? Anyone still watching?

Still watching. Was a bit disappointed last night. We thought they would be actual Rod Stewart originals. Still, really thought Chris rocked!

I thought last night was awesome...everyone did well except for Kelly. She still won't get kicked off though because people like her 'dumb blonde' personality. She is cute and bubbly...no doubt....but she was bad last night.

I think the bottom 3 will be Ace, Elliott and maybe Taylor or Kelly. I think either Ace or Elliott will go home tonight.

I still love Taylor...he is just so genuine and fun.

Katharine is beautiful and a great singer...will probably win the whole thing.

Paris was in great form last night...that is definitely her kind of music.

I liked Chris last night as well.

It's going to be interesting to see how the voting goes....

I've had enough of Ace, I hope he goes home. If he's not giving the "don't you think I'm sexy" stare then last night he had the weird hair and he turns to the audience and says "don't worry I didn't cut it". Yeah I was going to lose sleep over that one.

I like Elliott but I think he won't go much farther because people don't like the way he looks.

I think Chris really showed a different side of himself last night, I think he will go to the final 2.

DH likes Taylor. I like Elliot.
But he may go home tonight...but still could be Ace as well.
Chris and Katherine may be the final 2.

We like Apprentice and Survivor too.

We are still loving it and I really thought everyone was good last night, except Kelly. I felt bad for Ace even though I don't really like him because I thought he actually sang fairly well but will still probably go home. To me, it is not fair that either Ace or Elliott goes before Kelly (nor was it fair for Mandisa or Lisa to go either) but that is probably how it will come down.

I LOVE Chris and hope he wins the whole thing. I am not sure why I can't get into Katherine. I guess she just doesn't seem that entertaining tome. I also love Taylor and have from the auditions.

I thought Katherine and Chris were the best last night. I think those two and Taylor will be the top 3 at the end. Kellie had a really bad night. She may be in the bottom three this week. I think Ace and Elliott will be in the bottom three also.

I LOVE AI! Last night I thought Chris and Katherine and Paris did really well. My favorite is Chris and I do like Kellie (I grew up in the South and the way she talks sounds perfectly normal!) but she didn't do too well last night.

I hope Ace goes home. I just don't think he is all that great. I think the top 3 will be Chris, Katherine (or Kellie) and Taylor. I personally am not a Taylor fan but if you ever check out the boards on American Idol, he has almost 20,000 posts about him while the other contestants are in the 3,000 to 9,000 range.

I LOVE Taylor, but I'm not sure he'll win because Katherine and Paris are REALLy good. I also like Chris, DH hates him for some reason - says he sounds like a chipmunk. I also like Elliott, but I agree with the person who said he probably won't win because people don't like the way he looks...sad, but probably true.

I'm not a big fan of Kellie or Ace. Kelly is good at singing Country songs, but that's about it in my opinion and Ace and his sexy face are getting a little old now...

I also LOVED Mandisa - that stunk that she was voted off, but that's the way it goes I guess.

I think the bottom 3 will be Ace, Kellie and Elliott.

Yeah ! I got my re-hash fix. Here are my comments


Chris - last night was a departure for him and I thought he was good although I am a bit worried his rocker voters will not come forward for him.? Paris - she was really good, quite the chameleon, Elliot - he has a good voice but I think may be in the bottom 3 this week, Kellie - botched it. I have disliked her from day 1 (no real reason, just do) but I actually liked her response to her bad performance last night. She handled it well. Ace - He did good, may be better than most of us give him credit for? Taylor - to weird for me, Katherine - She is good but I would like to see her branch out a little... same ole, same ole.


My pick for bottom 3 - Elliot , Kellie and maybe Chris ( going out on a limb with Chris in the bottom 3.) I personally would put Taylor in the slot but he has a big fan base. It will be fun to see what actually happens tonight!

What was up with Simon last night - He liked everybody! except maybe Kellie.

I would like to see Chris win since a rocker has not won yet!!

I really wanted Chris to win the whole thing, but now I think I am preferring Katherine... I did not like the fact that he insinuated he made a rockin' arrangement to Cash's Walk the Line when, in fact, he used an arrangement by Live. Still, I think he has a great sound and really knows himself musically.

I think the bottom three will be Kelly, Ace, and Elliot.

I would like to see Kelly go home because she performed the worst last night, but if you look at consistency, then Ace should go home.

Except for Ace and Kelly, I think all of the other finalists are likable and talented. I do think the final 3 will be Chris, Katherine, and Taylor.

I agree with WVU about Ace. I'm tired of him and his 'looks', but I think he has the 12 yr old girl vote, so he might make it again this week. I really like Eliott and Chris is definitely my favorite. I like Katherine, too. At this point, they are all very good and it's hard to see any go. Kelly might be going home as well. It'll be interesting!!

I think the bottom three will be Ace, Kelly, and Elliott. I'm hoping Elliott can stay in it a bit longer, he is much better than Ace and Kelly. Those two just annoy me.

I hope Ace will go home - I think he is the least talented in this group. It is time... who else has done consistently poorly like Ace has and is still around? No one.
I like Elliott too, but I'm afraid he'll go soon.

Ace, Kellie, Elliott with Ace hitting the road... (course I guessed he'd be gone last week and I was wrong.)

My FAVORITE is Chris....he is so different than all the others and not bad on the eyes either!! My sister and I talked about this today and we agreed that Simon needs to quit telling them to change!! Like that is realistic in the music world?? How many artists do you know who are told to change or try something different when they are really good in one genre? Doesn't make sense...

I will be at Bible Study tonight, but then watching it on my DVR (I have a SERIOUS addiction to my DVR!!! -it is like TiVo)
