Need info and advice on Agencies.
My hubby and I are researching all the different agencies to choose from. Just reading the advertisements and info each agency puts out...it basically reads the same. I know they're good ones and not so good ones. I think the best way to learn about the different agencies is to hear from the people that have actually used them. I have heard some horror stories and I really really don't want to make a bad choice. Please pm me any info or advice you might have about the agency you used. It would be very much appreciated. I think you are doing the right thing by inquiring here. Keep in mind people who used bad agencies may be reluctant to respond. Agencies that are bad will give you good references and are often time great sales people (it's their only strength). When you have narrowed your list, post the agencies you're seriously interested in and you'll probably get a better response.
Google the agency's name as well as the names of key people in the agency who will be working on your case. Do as much research on the agency as they will be doing on you!
