Question Question about Photocopies??

Hi all,
I think, I'm almost done with collecting my Dossier, and tomorrow I have an appointment with the agency. She said to make photo copies of our Passports. Do I write "this is a true certified copy" on those copies?? DH is not coming, so I just want to know if I have to get him to sign before taking them over to the agency??? - on his Passport copies????

Thanks in advance,

Passports...

Hi - We copied the signed passport. We then typed the notary statement at the bottom indicating that it was a true and accurate copy of the original passport. We then had to have it notarized. Hope that helps!

Thanks,
I guess, I'll ask DH to sign that too, so that when I go tomorrow, it won't be a problem. My agency did not tell me anything!!!

All we had to turn in was a plain black and white copy of the photo page. No notary. No signature.

We just photo-copied the signed page with the picture. No notary.

We never did anything with the passports. Our agency told us to take three or four certified "true and original" copies on the trip, we didn't, they didn't know and it was no big deal. My husband said that you have to call the embassy anyway if yours gets lost.

We were told that we had to write that "I certify that this is a true copy" statement on our copies of our passports and get them notarized.
