First of all, this really seems to be the week for PINK! I don't remember seeing so many pinks this close together -- congrats to all of you!
Bella's pink announcement made me wonder what back -up systems are in place in case your notification doesn't get to you. In her case, it seems that she emailed the Embassy and found out directly from them when her appointment was -- the fax they sent to her agency didn't go through. What if Bella hadn't emailed? What if her appointment time came and went and she never knew about it? Has that ever happened? Does the Embassy follow up on these things, or do they just send a notice once? Sending myself into a panic...someone please make me calm down!

I guess I don't know but thats a good question. We went to visit Olivia in mid January and when we got back we got in touch with our agency and they said we could hope for a April- June pickup. Two weeks later they called to tell us we were out of PGN, they didn't even know we were in PGN, next day they call back (Feb 3) and tell us that we have been out og PGN since Jan. 3rd, even before we visited and they never knew. So I guess it could happen. Our embassy date was for Feb. 27 so we still had some time.

The embassy had our incorrect email address so we didn't get any notices. However they had our agency's and they got it. Also, if you have a good attorney or facilitator they should be checking on it for you and should be in contact with you or the agency.
