We got PA too!!!
Though we weren't on the PA waiting list, we too have just received notification that we got preapproval too.
  I'm so excited. I can only hope the rest of the process goes quickly because we just want our little girl home soon.   Hopefully everyone else's process goes quickly too. Keep them coming.

Right there with ya. When I read my email this morning, I could hardly believe it. I had just told myself, I wasn't going to check it. Thank the Lord I did. What a way to start off the week.
