Without knowing anything I like Maya Elena. I do think, however, that unless you plan to constantly say her first and middle name out loud you might consider going with the name that will have the most significance to you and her. I did this for my daughter after much thought. Although there were middle names that compliment her first name more, I finally opted to keep her birthname as a middle name because I thought that it might mean more to her later. I am fine with it because I call her by her first name only 90 percent of the time. I know that this may not work for others who call their children by first and middle names consistently. If this might be the case for you then my theory will not work. Okay so I gave more than you asked and I am stopping now. I just suspected that Rosa has a special meaning. Good luck with your decision.

I like Maya Rose or Maya Grace the best!! I also like Maya Elena (just wasn't sure about Maya ending with a vowel and Elena starting with one). All the names are beautiful!! Good luck!
