Hi

We have been out of PGN since the very end of January. Our lawyer tried to submit for the bc (after waiting in lines for 2 weeks!) and was then told she had the paperwork on the wrong size paper so she re-did and resubmitted.

We have been waiting for GCBC since Feb 14th - our agency says there is no problem and to be patient.

Should I be worried? What can I do?

Hi Robin,

Did the lawyer fix the paper size and resubmit on Feb 14. If that is the case, it's likely you've been kicked out again or your rep didn't resubmit when they said. I had a very long wait for the GCBC and watched others endure the GCBC drama. Once submitted to CR it should take 10 business days to hear of a KO or the BC is received. I would be calling your agency to get specific actions that are taking place. Is the Guatemalan rep checking daily, weekly, monthly? When exactly were you submitted? How many KOs have there been and the dates? But try not to become scared...everyone's child has come home
