From my son's pictures it looked like he might have curly hair. When I went down to visit last week I found out it is true!

My older son has stick-straight and very coarse hair, which I believe is pretty common.

How many others have curly headed babies?

Our daughter's picture didn't look like she had curly or wavy hair, just a lot of it. However when we went down to visit a couple weeks ago and gave her a bath, her hair was curly/wavy. It was sooo cute!!!

On Abby's first referral pictures it didn't look like it. Then the next set it had a hump in it. Then now it is just ringlets. I hope it is o.k. to post the pictures.

You can't really see Juliana's curls b/c they are mainly in the back. I love poofing up her hair in the back right after it's been washed. Makes her look so glamerous!

I have two curly headed teens. Hard to say what the next two will do. One is just getting hair and the other baby has hair that looks pretty straight but the birth mother has textured hair. anna

Here is Campbell trying to brush her teeth. Her hair is beautiful when it's nice and groomed. When she wakes up each morning she looks like Albert Einstein! She's the only child in the house with curls so we all enjoy playing with it!!!

Xiomara has somewhat curly hair. Her hair is still baby fine. From the top of the scalp to the base of the skull, it's straight, then all ringlets for the rest of the length. It's weird, it doesn't seem to get curlier if it's shorter -- it's always the last few inches that are curly (or just the ends if its shorter). Humidity makes it curl more but we don't have much of that in Wisconsin.

Marisol's hair has always been very curly. It is also very thick. It has grown down to the top of her bottom and the weight of her hair makes the roots straight, but the rest is still very curly. I am sure if we cut it then it would curl back up again. The picture where she is in red is when she was about 19 months old. The other is from today. She is 35 months old.

Gabriella's hair is curly on the sides. The curls are beginning to have a mind of their own. Sometimes they curl up and sometimes they curl down and then sometimes one side curls up and one side curls down. You never know what you'll get.

Both of my girls have very curly hair.... no one believes it until they see it, but Amanda's hair actually goes past her shoulder blades when wet... but it is so curly, it barely touches her shoulders when it is dry.

Dylan's hair just lays in big Shirley Temple curls and every where we go, people awwwwwww over her curly top.


AND BY THE WAY.... sorry for the caps but for those of you who have followed my Dylan hair trauma??? She now allows me to keep bows in her hair ALL DAY!!!! Proof in the picture!!!

I am jealous of all these curly headed cuties!! Emma's hair is so fine and straight but maybe Baby Elly's hair will curl up a bit it is hard to tell right now she kind of has a baby Elvis thing happening lol

Bryce's hair curls up at the ends.... It will probably be more on the straight side as it grows longer....

We just arrived home 3 days ago with our 5 yr old son and his hair is curly as well. He has a great head of hair but it can get out of control if it gets too long.
