How long is our paperwork good before it has to be redone? I.E. fingerprints, homestudy.

I believe the I171h is 18mos and the fingerprints are 15, or it could be reverse. The homestudy has to be updated when you reapply for your I171h. For us, this was a two page update, attached to the original that stated that the info had not changed and that they still felt we were good candidates to adopt.

Your I171H should be good for 18 months, fingerprints for 15 months from the issued.

We had to do an updated homestudy after one year as Daniel's case was not in PGN yet. Not sure if that was just our agency/attorney or if it really is a PGN rule.
