There is a Julianna Weisman listed in Sacramento CA, born in 1967. No other Julianna Weismans listed in CA. There possibly goes the mother/child theory. Gail

She's preying on one of my friends from the waiting childrens yahoo group. She's saying that she'll probably adopt a special needs child that my friend is in the process or reviewing the adoption file for. I know that her agency will only release the information to one family at a time.
