Need help.....expiration times for documents??????
I forgot what the expiration times are for:
Homestudy I-600A application Fingerprints AND any other notarized documents Thanks for your help........Melodie

We had to redo our fingerprints at 15 months. Our homestudy was redone in order to get our I-171H redone at 18 months.
The retarded part is that you will get you FBI fingerprints done and then 3 months later need to get your State fingerprints and background check done for your Social Worker/homestudy. If the FBI can't find anything wrong with you... what do they think your State will find?? They use the same data base.... Fine example of not knowing the the LEFT and RIGHT hands are doing... Good luck.. Sorry you have to redo it. I wouldn't wait till the last minute.. Depending on your relationship and the speed of your local INS office..

Thanks................our INS office is SLOWWWWWWWWWWW......actually.....just can't seem to read all of the paperwork in our file and send us an approval as a result!

I was told my documents that are notarized can't be older than A year. I don't know if that is still true if you have entered PGN..... I hope I don't get to find out

Have been wondering what's been going on with your 1600 approval? Haven't seen anything on the boards- did you get it? I HOPE SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
