I haven't posted much since we got back with our girls in January 2005, but I wanted to let you know about a great little shop that promotes adoption and sells adoption wear. (I am in no way connected to this shop. I just wanted to share.)

A trendy, new maternity shop in our town just opened. Not only do they sell fun maternity and baby items -- they also sell cool adoption wear. I just stopped in the store today and bought an "Adoption Rocks" thermal tshirt. They have others with a little stork that say "Expecting from Central America" or South America or Asia. They are very cool. The store is called Urban Belly. They have a website by the same name (.com) and the adoption wear is available online.

I met the owner today only to find out that they are presently in the process of adopting from Guatemala.

Anyway, they will be coming out with new adoption items soon that say "Celebrate Adoption".

i just received the shirt "expecting from central america" and i love it!

btw, they initally shipped the wrong size, but quickly sent me the right one along with a gift certificate for a future purchase....i like when businesses treat their customers well
