Cities, Towns, and Villages
The Guatemala Adoption Blog is producing a series of short histories/descriptions of towns large and small as parents have indicated they would like more information about their child's birthplace. While these will not be a comprehensive city history, hopefully the information provided will give a glimpse into what the city is like. As new information is collected, I will go back and insert it into that post.
Below are a list of researched and yet to be researched cities. The number (4) in parenthesis, indicates the number of requests I've received for that city. You can visit the researched cities by clicking on the name. If you wish to read about a city not listed here, please PM me with the name and region/department if known. No it is not possible for a Canadian to adopt from Guatemala (well last time I heard) and I was in contact with someone last week who looked into it and they said the same thing
