Question about GCBC & Non GCBC
I was wondering how do you determine wether it is Guatemala City BC or Non Guatemala City BC, Is it where the Birth Mom lives ? or where foster family lives ? and How dod you find that out? Looks like the Non GCBC take less time to go from out of PGN to PINK.
Out of PGN on 2-14-06 waithing on BC

You will look on the actual birth cetificate itself (you should have received one with your referral). It will have a letterhead or seal telling which office issued the certificate.

Also your Power of Attorney would say where the child's birth was recorded.
