Will you help me please? It will only take a few minutes…

I need as many people as I can get to navigate to the following URL and join me in our new chatroom for “Load Testing”.

The purpose is to find out if we can get 50-100 people in there without killing the site. You would be doing me a huge favor and in return, you would get a totally freakin fantastic chatroom to use on the site.

Please don’t hesitate to post to this thread if you get errors. Please be specific on the error you get so I can address it.

Also, if you have a pop up blocker, make sure you know the short cut to allowing the pop up, because this does have a java pop up applet.

If you get a java error, you need to make sure you have a current version on Java, which can be located at sun.com

I logged in and this was the message I got:

DigiChat requires a Java Compatible web browser to run.

I just tried logging in and it won't let me connect.

Got to the page, waited, and then got a "Connect button" so I clicked it, and seemed to be in the chat, but couldn't see anyone else's names, etc. But I did type Hi and hit enter, and it kicked me immediately back out to the connect screen again.

Then when I clicked "Logout," I got an error message saying "incorrect logout."

THEN...it kicked me totally out of the adoption.com system and when I tried to post this to you, I got the message that I wasn't even logged in at all, and had to re-enter my password, as it said "All cookies cleared."

Geesh...no fun!!

Anyway, that's my story.

I'm using Mozilla firefox.

Awesome chat room! Hope the kinks get worked out so everyone can join in!!

FYI: You can slow down the speed of the room under the "settings" option....makes it ALOT easier to read!

I clicked the link, it opened a new window saying "welcome" with a button to connect. I click connect, it takes me to the chat area, I type in a message, push enter, then the window closes and takes me back to the "connect" window. So I tried again and it instead of pushing return I clicked "send message" and it did the same thing, closed the window and took me back to "connect."

Nothing happens when I click the connect button.

Update: It took a few minutes but finally came up.

I get the connect page. After clicking connect, it takes a couple of minutes until the chat pages appears...
