Mid-Wife's Document re: Child Birth
The embassy is requesting a I-171H, mid-wife's doc re: child's birth. Can someone tell me what this is and who has to sign it? The midwife???!!!

Your 171H is your INS approval letter.
And yes, there is a form that that midwife must sign after the birth that must be presented to the embassy when requesting DNA.

Did you ever get your midwife form? The embassy issued a I72 on my file asking for a midwife form and my attorney provided a "sworn midwife statement" but the embassy won't accept it. What did you have to provide?
Thanks, Lmerkel |
