fc is hell
just wondering, does anyone have contact with their attorneys directly? i have never met or spoke to mine. with so many people stuck in fc, is there anything the attorney can do to speed things up?

It's night night time for me and .....
I will be praying for all of us....
Monday brings a new week with new hope! Paul, I do have direct contact w/ my Atty if I want to but try and not do that as my agency prefers to do the communication. I don't mind since my agency is very good about updates and answering/addressing my questions, so I let them push her.  But how much can she do if the SW is just plain slow.?...The Guat Atty can only push so hard too not wanting to make anyone too mad... and so it is a vicious cycle of balancing the imbalance.Still waiting for that precious email saying we have flown the coop from FC. Chins up everyone! Try and have a good weekend! Laura Jean (who is grateful that she is too tired tonight to even be mad about FC).

Well, it's Friday night and I used to think "no news is good news" but, I'm quickly getting away from that! Maybe Monday!? Oh please...someone work some overtime this weekend at Family Court and let her be MY SW that's working it! teeheehee

Jeanne 11/05 decided to switch countries from Ukraine to Guatemala 11/23/05 accepted referral for beautiful baby girl born Nov. 9th. 12/15/05 dossier to Guatemala 1/15/06 DNA matched and we are in Family Court 1/25/06 embassy receives DNA 2/23-2/27 beautiful visit trip! 3/10/06 contacted senator's office about preapproval. 4/21/06 got PREAPPROVAL! Yippeeeee! 8/18/06 FINALLY IN PGN 8/25/06 ooops....our mistake! NOT in PGN!  9/4/06 Okay! NOW we're IN PGN! 12/19/06 OUT OUT OUT of PGN! Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH!  1/10/07 new birth certificate issued 1/17/07 PINK!!! Appt is 1/23/07 Thank you God!  Finally home in Kentucky! 1/29/07
