Photocopy of BC to INS, OK?
I am in the process of filing out the I600 A and can't tell if I need to submit a certified copy of my Birth Certificate or if a just a photo copy of it will be OK? In one section of the instuctions it looks like a photo copy would be OK but then in another instuction it looks like the birthcertificate has to be an "official copy bearing the seals of the official custodian of the record." You guys get back to me way faster than our social worker, even though our social worker is super quick. Thanks a lot!

At our office, we walk in, with originals, and turn over a photocopy to them, when we file.
