O.k. I am trying to get all the paper work ready for pick-up and I am sitting infront of an DS-230 form from the department of imagrations.
Is all the information that they want about our adopted son. I am thinking that it is but if it is there is no way that I could fill it out because I do not know the information to it. Any body have any ideas!

The DS-230 form is the application for your child's visa, so, yes, the information requested is about your child.

An employee of our agency assisted us in filling it out the night before we went to the Embassy. Is it possible your attorney or someone from your agency will be assisting you with it when you get there?

I am not sure I do not even know why they sent it to with our first adoption this was all filled out and we just signed it. The agency that I am working with know I am not sure what is going on I will write them and ask!

This form confused me too. Fill out the form from the perspective of your child as the applicant. Under parents, you are the parents on this form, not the birthparents. Most of it will be non-applicable and you just write N/A. Anything you don't know, like the address of where s/he was residing, leave it blank and your facilitator will help you fill it out at the embassy. Print out and take an extra blank one just in case. I probably did this form three times before I got it right. Good luck and have a great trip!
