Is U.S. embassy slower in issuing Pink slips?
My case was submitted for pink this past Thursday and I thought the embassy normally issues pink within 48 hours (excluding Fridays and weekends). So-I was hoping for good news tomorrow.
But my agency said the attorney hopes by next Monday to have it. Is this normal and perhaps the embassy is just backed up?

They are backed up...we have had someone waiting since last week as well...still no pink!

Thanks for letting me know about this. I think it might be easier to not expect pink sooner knowing they are backed up. I never imagined this process would be so emotionally draining...and I have a good timeline. My heart goes out to those not so fortunate
