I found a really neat Adoption specific song called "Happy Adoption Day" by John McCutcheon. I was able to purchase and download just that song directly from an online music store. Here are the lyrics:

I absolutely love the title song on the CD I learned about on this forum, "Do You Have a Little Love to Share?" Thought it might be better on a video promoting adoption than on your private family video. I recommend the CD. It's got other great adoption songs.

My sister made a DVD for my mom for Christmas that highlighted growing up pictures of all her grandkids including my little Hope. She put it to Kenny Rogers - Thank God for Kids. My mom bawled through the whole thing!

I have never even thought of making an adoption video until I heard of it recently.
I had posted some lyrics to a song a while back that had just hit home with me one day while driving. Now I think I will definately use the song in my video one day.
It's called "The Very Thought of You" and has been sung by many aritist but I like the Nat King Cole version.
Here are the lyrics -

Oh and I heard of a woman here in Rhode Island that has created a business creating Adoption Videos - I guess she takes all your video and pictures and makes it like a mini-film with soundtrack. Kind of like wedding videos.
I am still trying to find her info and when I do I will let you know and whoever lives in the NE area and is interested can PM for the details.

We put together a video with all of Mieya's pictures we received each month during our adoption process. We had 9 or 10 sets of pictures.

The song that I used to hear on the radio towards the end of the summer/early fall was, "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down. It was SOOOOO appropriate for us during our adoption process. Here are the lyrics:
