My funny way to relieve stress during adoption..

The other day I was driving in my car and thinking about my sweet babygirl and how much I want her home and how frustrated I am.. and I just let out the most awesome bloodcurdling scream and it felt soo good...Has anyone done this or something funny like that to let out a little stress??

Sorry,
Nothing funny to relieve stress, here! Just a good old fashioned cry makes me feel better! Unfortunately, my eyes have been quite puffy lately! Hmmmmm...not quite sure, why?
Hang in there! It looks like PGN is starting to move again!
Take care,
Sabra

After waiting 10 weeks for our SW report, we were told that the SW's computer blew-up and that she would need to reinerview the ** and write the report all over again!

My whole face is puffy from crying- I might try the screaming thing. Atleast my face won't tell on me if I do that all day!

Maybe Evie will even be able to hear me "Mommy is coming, baby!"

It was called Primal Scream Therapy, in the ? 60's or 70's!

Glad you can find something to help!
