I am getting the paper work together to apply for our daughters COC and I need some help please.

Some of these questions may sound silly but here goes;
On the N600 form PART 3 section G

1) date of adoption? Which document will this be listed on?
(When was she legaly ours?)

PART 3 section H (yes we did re-adopt in our home state)

1) Date legal custody began?

Would this be the date our Final Decree (re-adoption) was issued.

This is all giving me a headache This is why I have waited almost 2 yrs to do this.

Please HELP

And when is your child "legaly yours" ? is it after you exit PGN? the date Merida has signed off on your documents? What document/decree will tell me this information? The Protocollo?

I think I used the protocolo date as legal adoption ... then used pickup date as custody. We were on an IR4.

I doubt they will outright reject it for that anyhow. Not like THEY do not have all those documents, to correct ift from, if necessary, right? I think they use them for the document search, maybe.
