We're home with Kenza!
We finally made it home, Tuesday VERY late. Kenza did WONDERFUL on the plane dispite the fact that she SCREAMED that whole morning in the hotel. She was sick the whole time we were in Guatemala with a fever of 101+. We came home to find out she had double ear infections (not sure WHY she did so well on the plane like that, but not complaining!) She seems to be feeling a bit better today and she's getting used to everyone a little more. She attached to MOMMY right away, which, of course, I love. Dad, on the other hand, was a little sad about that. He was really looking forward to having a "daddy's girl". I figure it's just a matter of time and that will happen.
I'll post some pictures when I get some downloaded. Just wanted to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all and I'll be keeping everyone in my prayers! (((HUGS))) to all! Julie

Awwww... what a trip, earaches are hard. Tell Daddy to give it time... my daughters have been home more than a year and they love their Mama, but I assure you, they both adore Daddy too... it is so fun to watch them with him.
Congratulations.... you might wanna change your signature Mom... ladybug is home!

Hooray!! Hooray!! So Happy For You!
Oh my goodness Julie - this is wonderful, I am so glad to read these words! It seems like yesterday we were at the Marriott! Times crawls when you are waiting for them to come home, and when they get here it absolutely flies!!!
I would love to see pics, she must have grown so much, and I am more than sure that she has many new outfits with matching hair accessories! Joey had double ear infections upon arrival as well. He was better in no time and promptly began his rule of our home. The wobbliness we discussed in both of our kids has vanished - he runs, jumps and climbs like a madman. I really think that being held so much contributed to being unsteady. Anyway, I've rambled but wanted you to know how happy we all are that your family is together for Christmas, good luck, God Bless and I am so glad that we got to meet you!
