Thanks to everyone who has been praying for us. We had a conference call this morning with our local social worker, a couple of folks from our agency's national office, and our agency worker in Guatemala. We finally got a better understanding of what is happening with our case.Apparently we were not in family court as early as we were originally told. They are expecting the Social Worker report any day... Someone from our facilitator's office was going to the Embassy today to submit our corrected I-600, so hopefully we will be getting our pre-approval soon. Our agency addressed all of our concerns, and is following up with the facilitator where appropriate and necessary. Thanks again for your prayers, it was good news for Christmas that our case seems to be getting back on track. For anyone who is having difficulty with their case...try asking for a conference call. It really helped to resolve a lot of our frustration. Suzanne

I hope that you feel more at peace tonight. Getting this information was really important and hopefully a step in the right direction.
