I have never heard of them but I encourage you to check the agency and attorney feedback PM list that is at the top of this forum. If you see anyone on the list who has used this agency or attorney, you can send them a Private Message inquiring about their experience. Also,...post an inquiry to the big list. You can find directions for joining the big list at www.guatadopt.com.
