I have a PINK birthday present!
We have PINKKKK! (Nothing like a little freak-out to make it happen!) And guess what! Our Embassy appointment is Tuesday, December 6! That means we need to leave this weekend (OMG!) and also that we'll get our visa on the 7th, which means we can come home on the 8th, which is my birthday!!!! Is that the best present ever?
I have so much to do. We'll be staying at the Marriott.

That's awesome! Strange qusetion for you - when did you get your passport. I'm not sure when we got hte bc but we got our passport on the 24th. Just trying to get a handle on the timeline.

Looks like you just got the good news you have been waiting for. You must have already had pink but just didn't know it since your appointment is before mine - but you definitely deserve it. I feel so bad when good things happen to people who haven't been waiting as long as some of the others. Anyway, many congrats!! Hope you have a very safe trip. We are leaving this weekend too!!
