Rick and Ella,
There are a few attorneys that will work with parents independent of an agency. However, most families work with an agency on their first adoption so they learn the ropes, then they often will keep in touch with their attorney or seek out another attorney to do their second adoption independently. It would be very important that you speak fluent spanish and that you find someone with many references!! Good Luck!
