Pre Approval Nov 3
I received pre approval November 3. It was sent 9:50 am Guatemala time. The email included preapproval for four additional people.

There are email addresses on the email. I believe it has been 31 business days since the Embassy received the DNA. I knew the results Sept 7, my agency received the results Sept 9, but the Embassy did not receive the results until Sept 16. I think that is a huge difference.
