All moms of 10-11 month old girls -- what size??

OK, I know I have 3 kids but you'd be surprised how brain-dead you get about remembering this kind of stuff.

What sizes is your baby in? It's been a couple of months since I saw the baby. In September she was wearing 9 month sizes. Would it be reasonable to assume she's wearing 12 month now?

I'm trying to buy a snowsuit for our little one, and they are pricey so I don't want to get it wrong. Given how cold it is here (in Minnesota) I want to buy it before she gets home because I can't imagine even getting her from the airport to our house without it !!!

Thanks for any help!!

Size

Ok, this won't help one bit, but my 14mo is just and I mean just on the out side of 9mo. My guess she is just on the small size. Do you have a recent weight? Nancy

My daughter will be 12 months next week and she still fits in 6-9 month clothing... she is about 17.5 pounds...

It depends on her weight and length and believe it or not what you are buying (runs differently from store to store). My daughter is 7 months 20.4 lbs and 27inches...I am now buying 12 month size and giving up on the 9 month.
My oldest daughter was very pettite. If she was 7 months she would wear the 6 or 9 month size. Depends on the baby...SORRY I CAN't HELP more!!!

Borrow the snow suit for when she comes home and then take her out to the store. OR some stores like CHILDREN'S PLACE let you return up to 60 days. You can buy...keeep on the tags...put it on her and then if it doesn't fit go back for the bigger size.

Good luck....it is really hard to resist shopping when they are as cute as these kids....

When Lauren came home last Nov. she was 11 months old and just into 6-9 month clothing. She was 16 lbs. Even if the 12 month size is big now, you want it to last all winter. I agree with dj29again, buy a couple sizes, and take back what doesn't fit.

It definetly depends on weight and height... my daughter is 18 months old and can still wear size 9 months with the exception of length. In dresses and short sets, she wears 9-12 months and in pants, she wears 12-18 months (depending on how loose the waist line is). At 18 months, she is 32" tall and weighs 21lbs.

My little girl just turned 1 year old a couple of weeks ago when we visited and she was wearing 9 month old clothes. She could wear just a couple of 12 month old shirts but the pants were definately too big.
