Readoption done& post pacement done
Hello,
Well the time has went quick since Emma has arrived home. We did our post placement last week and now we have done the readoption in Minnesota. I think all that is left is the social sercurity number and we are applying for that today. I was wondering if anyone know what form we can fill out to get the picture from the DNA back from the government here. I remember seeing a thread on it a long time ago. It is G884 or something. Any input would be helpful. Thanks, Brenda

Sorry no info to help you but I wanted to congratulate you on the milestones!!! How exciting (and refreshing) to have all that done. The paperwork is finally coming to an end!
