Adoption day picture story!
Today was one of the greatest days EVER! Today is readoption day. We went to the court house which started out its morning with a fire alarm which set everything back...but thats ok. We got in and only waited about 15 minutes and then were called in. It only took about 20 minutes or so inside of the court room but the Judge was super nice and after everything was done everybody clapped and he said what a beautiful son we have. Here is a picture of us after the appointment.

After court...
We went out to breakfast with my parents who were also at the courthouse with us. It was a nice morning. We then decided it was a beautiful day (no rain!) and we'd go apple picking... Here is Alex WAY up on daddy's shoulders...

Apples on the ground...
We hadn't even entered the orchard yet. This was just the apple tree by the store...

The truth is out...
The only reason we go apple picking is to buy the hot cider donuts...MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!! We buy a bag of apples and pretend like we've picked them and take pictures by the only tree out front
This is our Apple Family Tree! It seemed so appropriate today.

Alex is in on the secret now and knows the reason why we are here...cider and donuts...hot and fresh...he catches on quickly and can't wait until next year when he to can sample the goods!
