Atlanta Area Support Group
Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I posted but I have been learning how to be a mom to a very active little angel and our family just relocated to Newnan, Ga from Florida. We would like to become involved with a Guatemala support group. If anyone has any info on an Atlanta area group that would be great. I was reading in another post about a group called Giggles Gatherings (I think that was the name). Does anyone have the contact info for this group? Thanks and I'm glad to be back on the forum  Amy

There is a link on the right hand side for the Atlanta Giggles group. We meet about 4 times a year...the next one will probably be adoption day at the Zoo in November. Hope to see you at one of our upcoming events!

Becky,
I went to the guatadopt website and found the link, but I couldn't find any current info or contact info. Do you happen to know how I can get in contact? I'd appreciate your help. We are new to the Atlanta area and really wnat to get involved with a group. We were involved in one in Florida and I don't want Rachel to miss out. Thanks, Amy

Amy,
The name of the woman in charge of the group is Becky Liggin. Her email address can be found on the guatadopt site. Just look at the last event held (the July picnic). It has her name and email address listed. Just let her know you want to be added to the Giggles List and she will send you information about all upcoming events. I also suggest joining the Atlanta yahoo group which is also listed on guatadopt. We sometimes plan playgroups and extra events on that list. I hope to meet you sometime soon!
