I'm sad to report we have another case (ashlind) that is being investigated.
Please post any additions/corrections to this thread.

Visa appt: 7/29/08 Home without my daughter: 8/1/08 Finally a complete family: 3/25/09

I just received my DNA match on Sept. 30th, so I think I'm now a PAW. You'd think that I'd get this straight the third time through, but what can I say? If I'm right, please add me to the list!

I'll add the 2 of you to tomorrows list.
As far as investigation, it means that something has triggered the US Embassy to investigate your case. Maybe there are inconsistances in the paperwork that has been submitted or the birthmother has put up numerous other children for adoption. I'm sure there are other reasons I'm not sure of.

I am hoping alot of us get good news soon. I know we don't go by DNA collection date on here but it has been five weeks today since collection for us and my agency said five to seven weeks post collection. We have also been in FC four weeks (Friday) and getting out of that would be great too. Keeping my fingers crossed and doing alot of praying for good news soon.
