I just wanted to share some updated pics of my sweeties... oh how they have grown. I looked back at my referral pics and the pics of them when we brought them home almost 11 months ago... oh what a difference. I am posting two of each so thank you for letting me share!

My little Dylan Mackenzie Katherynne, now 15 months old.

I also think it is amazing that they both have such curly hair (drives me nuts at times).

Last one, I promise!

Remember how unhealthy she was when she came home? Her hair is in ringlets and she loves hats, shoes and purses... a girl after my own heart. This was in the airport after a recent trip. All of her hats were packed and she sat in the airport lobby and said "Mommy, I really need a hat"... Mommy had to indulge. (This pic was taken at Grandma's house, but as you can see, it is her pilot's hat). She will tell anyone that asks that "airplanes go UPPPPP and then they must come DOWNNNNNN" using her hands to show the difference.

Your girls are simply gorgeous! I love their hair!! It's so hard to believe that they've gotten sooo big (have to hold your arms above your head for that! LOL)

It is sad how quickly it goes by. While I love the ages of my daughters now, I already find myself dreaming of a next one... (not sure that will happen). It is a joy to watch them grow and we can't imagine our lives without them. Thank you both for the sweet words!

Resa, They are just gorgeous! I can't get over how much they have grown. I remember when you were worried about Amanda's hair and now look at it. Aren't all those curls fun? Marisol's hair is getting so long, thick and hard to comb that dh said we should get it cut and donate it to Locks of Love and let her start over. lol Thank you for sharing.

Resa, the girls are gorgeous!!! It's unreal how much they've grown and changed in 11 months! Amanda looks so happy and well adjusted and confident. Dylan looks just a tiny bit like her referral picture but not much... She is getting prettier every time I see her picture! Amanda looks like she'd be into high heels and purses... I know they must be so much fun to have and they probably play together pretty well, too, I bet. I had forgotten that Dylan was only a month older than Luke.... He's probably twice her size now. He seems to weigh around 24 lbs. according to the scale at the peds office but I SWEAR, he must be over 30, he's so heavy! He's already outgrowing 18 months and wearing some 24 month size clothes! I haven't even bought anything that size, so I'm scrambling for something to put on him.

Thanks for sharing the new photos of your daughters! I always enjoy seeing your updates. I hope your new job is going well and everything else is, too.

Judy, I would love to see some updated pics of Luke! Dylan is about 22lbs... but one reason she looks smaller is because she is so tall. I truly believe she can still wear her 3-6 months clothes, but she is 18 months in length. If I put her in 18 months, her pants start falling down when she walks (which is too cute!).

Amanda is the one that is growing on this end. When we moved in May (the job is going very well by the way and we are closing on a house at the end of the month!)... she was size 18 months and now she is 24 months and some 3T's. She is finally catching up to her age... but she can still wear 18 months too. I think as they get older, they will share alot of clothes... I too have to keep buying for Amanda as I can't keep up with her.

i dont have the forum time i used to, but as usual, the second i see a thread about your sweet girls i MUST "catch up"! they are adorable!
and as you know, little Amanda will always have my heart (as she was just months ahead of our dairin, may she rest in peace).
Amanda is just Beautiful and funny with her little hat "needs"!

check under my name for a mess of pictures of mira..they are all black and white as that's all i know how to post, but she is the perfect little girl for us...just as yours are for you guys...and just as many of my forum friends predicted (yourself and dpline to name a few!).
amazing how god sees and knows the joy at that end of pain!
seen over and over again on this forum!
