How tiny is Aleah??
I received the measurments for Aleah today! She was a whopping 3 lbs 14 oz at 2 days old! She is 17.3 inches long. I knew when I saw her she was tiny, but oh my! Please keep her in your prayers that she gains some weight and stays healthy. They said she is not preemie just small.
I know this is the right baby for us, I knew the minute I saw her, but it is still scary that she is so little. Thanks Lisa

Our daughter was 3 pounds, 13 ounces at 2 WEEKS old (the time we received her referral)... she is now 9.5 months and 17 pounds and doing great! I will be praying for you and your daughter

Our son was only 4lbs. at 10 days old. Cole turned 2 this past April and he was in the 50% for height and weight,which was a great jump from 20% at his first year dr. visit.
During his first year in Guatemala he made great strides in gaining weight. I credit part of his growth to the wonderful care of his foster family. I say a pray for your daughter.

My niece was 3 lbs 15 ozs when she was born (she was 8 weeks early). She is now almost 3 and a perfrct little girl. She had no problems once she came home.

Here is Anna's picture at 8 days and 4.2lbs. She was only 16 inches so your little Aleah is taller than her. We were told her head circumference was 31.2 cms. I could not believe my eyes at her one month picture at 7.13 lbs. It was amazing.
